However, due to the nature of our products, we typically do not offer returns or exchanges. Below are the details of our return & exchange policy:

All sales are final, and we do not offer returns or exchanges unless there's an issue of quality or a mistake on our part.

If you receive a product that is faulty or incorrect due to our error, we will be happy to rectify the situation. After consultation with our customer service, we can offer solutions based on the specifics of the issue. These solutions may include a full refund, a partial refund, or a discount on your next purchase. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Please contact our customer service with a picture of your entire order, the damaged/defective items, and a brief description of the issue. In such events, we strive to resolve issues on a case-by-case basis, ensuring optimal customer service and overall satisfaction.

Special Circumstances
  1. Duty and Customs Clearance: We are committed to offering our customers a hassle-free experience. To achieve this, we cover all standard duty taxes for every shipment. However, on the rare occasion that additional or unexpected customs duties arise during customs clearance, these would be the responsibility of the customer. We've taken measures to ensure such instances are infrequent, but it's essential to be aware of this possibility when ordering internationally. If you refuse to pick up your package because of unexpected customs fees, we cannot guarantee a full refund.

  2. Incorrect Address: If a parcel is sent to an incorrect address due to a mistake on the customer's part, we will provide the logistics provider's information to assist in modifying the address. However, we cannot issue a refund in such a situation.

  3. Cash on Delivery: We do not accept returned packages using the cash on delivery service. If you opt for cash on delivery, we will have to reject the package. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

  4. Ensure the Correct Return: Before you send a returned product to us, please ensure the returned product is correct. We cannot take responsibility for returns of non-LTGlow products.
